About Digital Guardians

Aim of the Project: “Digital Guardians” Empowering Youth for Online Safety and Digital Citizenship, seeks to empower and educate youth on online safety and digital citizenship, fostering a generation of responsible and resilient digital users.

Objective of the Project: Our primary objective is to equip young individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to navigate the digital landscape safely, make informed decisions, and contribute positively to the online community.

Specific Objectives:

  • Enhance Digital Literacy
  • Promote Cyberbullying and Cybersecurity Awareness
  • Encourage Intercultural Exchange and Regional Collaboration
  • Empower Youth Advocacy
  • Create Safe and Inclusive Online Spaces

Presentation in North Macedonia
At the primary school Bratstvo Migjeni in Tetovo, Atlantis ESC delivered a presentation in N. Macedonia, reaching numerous students and providing them with valuable information on navigating the digital world safely. Additionally, our participant Veli Veliu held presentations in Albanian at both Bratstvo Migjeni and Istikbal schools in Tetovo. These sessions were highly successful, offering students crucial insights into the topics of online safety and cyberbullying.

In Serbia, Teodora Pavlović, representing the Youth Workers Alliance, held an insightful presentation at the high school Tehnicka Skola in Paraćin. This event provided high school students with essential knowledge about the importance of online safety and the dangers of cyberbullying. The interactive session encouraged students to engage with the topic, ask questions, and share their own experiences, making the learning process both impactful and memorable.

In Albania, Fatjon Kaca, representing CEO - Community Empowering and Organizing, prepared and presented specialized awareness material at the primary school "Bajram Curri" in Tirana. The material was tailored to be suitable for 9-year-old students, making it accessible and engaging for young children. Fatjon's presentation focused on educating these young minds about safe online practices and the importance of standing up against cyberbullying.
