From May 2–4, 2025, Atlantis ESC successfully hosted the Advance Planning Visit (APV) for the Erasmus+ KA153 project EcoPOWER in Tetovo, North Macedonia. The APV brought together representatives from Remesiana European Youth (Serbia), Asociatia Volundar (Romania), Creative Youth Academy (Türkiye), and Győr International Youth Organisation (Hungary).

The main aim of the meeting was to finalize all logistical and programmatic aspects of the upcoming main activity, including the schedule, roles, responsibilities, and risk management. The sessions also covered participant selection, green travel options, and dissemination strategies to maximize the project’s impact.

As part of the APV, partners also visited the training venue at Popova Shapka, where the main training course will be held in September 2025. The site visit helped partners better understand the logistics and setting for the next activity.

In addition to productive sessions held at Hotel Lirak, participants enjoyed exploring Tetovo’s cultural heritage, including the iconic Painted Mosque and Arabati Baba Tekke. The visit was enriched with the experience of traditional Macedonian cuisine—featuring delicious local dishes that delighted our guests.

The APV successfully strengthened cooperation among partners, setting a strong foundation for the EcoPOWER project to empower youth and promote green practices across Europe.
